a shared girls room

The girls have been working hard all summer to earn a bedroom redo. With a shared space and limited storage they were often fighting for organization and a way to keep things tidy. Which left me to be the bad guy. I didn't like that. I also didn't like the state of the six year old paint job and the faded and worn bedding.

A redo was just what we needed.

The best part was that I got to surprise them with it!

purple pillow: Wal-Mart, white bedding: Target, pillow: made by me

doll bed: Target, Our Generation line, secretary desk: gifted, curtains: made by me

Eiffel Tower print: Olive Rue Press, butterfly: painted by my daughter, You Are Lovely Print: Life Made Lovely

Next week I'll show you the other side. Because I think I need a nap now.

Happy weekend!
