How can i be sure that the colors in the painting are right?

If you just aren't sure about the painting or its colors, I will be happy to send more photos with close ups. I can also schedule a video call so you can look at the painting from every angle.

I received my painting, but it’s just not right. Now what?

Like I said earlier, a happy collector makes me a happy artist. I offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Save your box and packaging so that you can ship it back to me, and I’ll will refund your purchase or exchange the painting for another one in stock.

My painting was damaged in shipping!! What do i do?

Fortunately, this is rare. I carefully package all my paintings to ensure that they will withstand the rigors of delivery trucks and human handling along the way. Each painting will be bagged in plastic, and wrapped snug in packaging materials. If a painting is damaged during shipping, I can work out a return and refund with you. Don’t toss out the box, in fact, please photograph the damage as it was when you received it to expedite the refund process. And then CONTACT ME to proceed.

a note on finished pieces

The majority of my paintings are on stretched canvas and will arrive signed and sealed and ready for you to hang. If you purchase a piece on paper, please be aware that it is one of a kind and may have minor flaws or nuances such as slightly raw edges where the paper was taped down during painting. There may be slight warping because of the medium used. I highly recommend that my paper paintings are matted and framed with non reflective glass to ensure that the painting will last for years to come. All of my paintings are finished with professional archival sealer.
